Reviewing Your Order

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You’re welcome to return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Here’s what to know before starting a return:

A. CDs and DVDs

If you're having trouble with a CD or DVD, try the following steps before sending it back:

• Check the shiny side of the disc for fingerprints or dust.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth, moving from the center outward.
• Clean your disc player using a lens cleaner kit. (Manufacturers typically recommend cleaning after every 10 hours of use.)

Try the disc in another clean player.

If the disc still isn’t working, we’re happy to help.

B. Unwanted Items

If you ordered the correct product and it arrived undamaged, but you’ve changed your mind:

Items must be returned in new, resalable condition (no bent corners, marks, or scratches).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a 90% refund of the product cost (excluding shipping). Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

If you paid by check or money order, we’ll mail you a refund check.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: Digital products (downloads such as MP3s, MP4s, eBooks, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund.

C. Lost or Damaged in Shipping

If your order was damaged or lost in transit:

Please note that reimbursement for shipping loss or damage is typically handled through the carrier, but we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

• A short note explaining the reason for the return
• A copy of your invoice
• Whether you’d like a refund or replacement
