God lives outside of time. He isn’t bound by what binds us, so He is able to intersect with time and space perfectly.
From this special position, He offers us the opportunity to work with Him through divine appointments and heaven-orchestrated movements.
That’s one reason I believe the Elijah House teachings are so important—because they help us get ready to be a part of the strategic moments and events He’s planned for us.
You are so legitimate and important to the Creator and to the movements of His kingdom! He has PLANS and you’re a part of them.
As we’re healed and transformed, we begin to really believe what God says about us and who He created us to be. We start to realize we don’t have to be anybody else, and all we need to do is what He’s given us to do.
In Daniel’s story in the Old Testament, entire nations depended upon his relationship with God and his ability to do what God created him to do. Daniel needed to be ready so the moment Cyrus walked in, he could say, “This is who you are, Cyrus, and this is what you’re going to do—you’re called to release Israel back to their homeland.”
And Cyrus, this man who didn’t even know God, replied, “Yes. That is EXACTLY who I am and I will do that very thing.”
You and I get to partner with heaven and what it’s saying, like Daniel did (Dan. 9:2–3).
It’s time to fast, pray, and agree with what God has been speaking over the nations for many, many years. Those promises are now coming to fruition, and our call—the mandate in our hearts—is to pray and release this heavenly sound across the globe.
The glory of God gets brighter and brighter as those who carry it shake off all the attempts of the world to conceal that glory and, instead, begin to rise up into the positions they are called to and receive from Creator God His vision for the future.
We can’t look to political agendas, church agendas, or spiritual agendas. With our eyes fixed on Jesus, these are the holy questions on our hearts:
As we become the people God created us to be, as we pray, listen, and start to partner with Him, we will see the dream of His heart realized.
A huge part of that dream is FREEDOM for those who have been living in darkness. It’s time for the prisoners to come home!
The people who walk in darkness
Will see a great light;
Those who live in a dark land,
The light will shine on them. (Isa. 9:2 NASB)
